Who is responsible for employee wages and employment taxes?

Surge Resources Inc. assumes responsibility for payment of wages and compliance with all rules and regulations governing the reporting and payment of federal and state taxes on wages paid to its employees. The Internal Revenue Service identifies us as the employer for federal income tax purposes.

How do employees view this?

Do I lose control of my staff?

No, quite the contrary! You designate the "on-site" manager or managers from your company and you have the same control as you did before. You still hire and pay as you would like! We are simply an off-site human resource department to help guide you through and absolve you of the liability of being an "employer". The end result is better time management and the ability to concentrate on your core competence.
